Manoeuvrable and ergonomic with standard design
The Linde N20–N25 C low-lift order pickers are all-rounders in the warehouse thanks to their high loading capacity and dynamic driving characteristics. The long forks allow up to three pallets or four roll cages weighing up to 2000 or 2500 kilograms to be picked up simultaneously. The classic construction offers a clear all-round view and allows flexible manoeuvring even in narrow warehouses using an intuitive steering wheel. With the aid of the 3 kW three-phase AC motor, the order picker accelerates up to 14 km/h (8.7 mph). Maximum safety is ensured by the robust design and automatic speed adjustment. Special attention is paid to ergonomics: from low access to a cushioned platform as standard and a gentle backrest, the order picker relieves the operator of physical strain thus helping them to work more efficiently.
To reduce risks while operating, all edges of the robust steel chassis are rounded. The battery is integrated into the service space in front of the operator platform. This prevents the operator from being hit directly in the event of a collision. The Linde steering wheel centres itself when operating straight. It only needs to be moved slightly to steer, keeping the operator within the contour of the vehicle. Speed is automatically reduced when turning a corner. Three separate systems ensure safe braking: the electromagnetic service brake, a hydraulically assisted braking system proportional to the load weight, and Linde brake control, which automatically brakes when the drive is released. Many options are also available for maximum safety, such as a bumper, load backrests, front LEDs, and Linde BlueSpot.
- Robust chassis with rounded edges
- Smooth running, self-centring steering wheel
- Automatic speed adjustment on bends
- Optimised braking with three braking systems
For ergonomic working, the footpaths between the operator's platform and the consignment goods should be as short and as level as possible. The low-lift order pickers have a particularly low entry height of only 13 centimetres, which makes frequent entry and exit easier. The wide, U-shaped design also allows for access on both sides. The Linde steering wheel and backrest are height-adjustable for a ride that is easy on the back. A cushioned platform reduces vibrations caused by uneven road surfaces and a non-slip rubber pad additionally improves the operator's standing position.
- Low entry height
- Wide access on both sides
- Height-adjustable steering wheel and backrest
- Damped platform with rubber padding
Depending on the truck’s driving mode, the 3 kW three-phase AC motor quickly accelerates to a top speed of up to 14 km/h (8.7 mph) with or without load. The Linde steering wheel offers a special innovation: it enables the intuitive execution of important operating functions and is easy to control. When operating straight, the automatic centring ensures shorter distances between two picking positions. An initial lift allows transport over ramps and uneven surfaces. A liftable operator's platform is available as an option for first and second level picking (except N25 C HP). A multi-functional display informs the operator of the status of the vehicle. Thanks to the Linde on-board charger, the handling effort during loading is reduced. For even more efficient charging – even during breaks – lithium-ion batteries are available as an option. Many storage compartments ensure the operator always has their documents at hand from all positions.
- Powerful 3 kW three-phase motor up to 14 km/h (8.7 mph)
- Linde steering wheel with comfortable power steering
- Initial stroke for driving over ramps
- Clear multi-functional display
- On-board charger for optimum charge handling
- Numerous storage possibilities
In order to keep service costs as low as possible while maintaining full productivity, Linde Material Handling relies on low-maintenance components and a simple design: the three-phase AC technology is completely maintenance-free. Also, the brakes do not have to be readjusted. A service check is only required after 1000 operating hours. The service technician has free access to all main components and can easily open the battery cover. Cable harnesses and cables are clearly arranged. Truck data can be viewed on a notebook via a CAN bus connection. Lateral battery removal allows the exchange to the battery stand.
- Maintenance-free three-phase AC technology
- No readjustment of the brakes
- 1000 operating hours without service check
- Free access to all important components
- CAN bus connection for reading out vehicle data

Liftable operator's platform
The operator platform can be lifted to allow occasional order picking at the first and second rack levels up to 2.8 metres picking height.
With the fleet management solution connect from Linde allows you to analyse the use of the entire fleet of vehicles in order to subsequently optimise the service or capacity utilisation of the truck fleet, amongst other things.
The two LED headlights are located at the front and have a high brightness. They are waterproof and dustproof.
The pneumatically-cushioned construction reduces vibrations caused by uneven road surfaces.
An additional protection for the operator and load is the load backrest, which can be adapted to the height of the load.
The route warning system Linde BlueSpot™ increases safety in operation, as the LED spot makes trucks silently visible.
With Linde's innovative Lithium-ion battery, trucks can be recharged in a much shorter time and intermediately charged during operation.
There are pushbuttons on both sides of the lift mast, which the operator uses to operate the order picker from the outside, walking alongside at the same time.
Panoramic front mirror
A large mirror at the front of the vehicle provides a good all-round view and thus increases safety for the operator, load and pedestrians.
Lateral battery change
The lateral battery removal, by means of roller bearings, enables a quick change, especially for use in multi-shift applications.
Whether driving errors, uneven surfaces or improper vehicle use, a shock sensor registers shocks. The evaluation of the data via the fleet management software provides information on the cause of damage and accidents.
The bumper reduces shocks in the event of a collision, thus protecting the operator, vehicle, and infrastructure such as racks.
Access control via the connect fleet management system ensures that vehicles are only used by authorised persons. The operator must identify him or herself with a PIN or RFID card before starting.
