Tow tractors W20 – W30

The W20 – W30 platform trucks offer maximum operating comfort and reduce fatigue during operation. The decoupling of cabin and chassis and the coil springs on the drive axle prevent vibrations and shocks from being transmitted to the operator and thus minimise physical strain. The large, curved windshield and multiple door options provide unobstructed visibility in all directions, allowing the operator to keep an eye on the surroundings with minimum effort, even during difficult operating manoeuvres. The spacious operator’s compartment offers ample room for comfortable working. Writing instruments, clipboards and other items needed to complete tasks can be conveniently stowed in storage compartments and nets.

Depending on the model of platform truck, the W20 – W30 can transport two (W20) to three tons (W30) of load on their loading areas. The powerful electric motors ensure high handling capacities. Thanks to their compact size and precise power steering, the trucks are nevertheless effortless to steer. Above all, their small turning circle predestines the W20 – W30 for transport through narrow paths in production halls and warehouses. An optional double mirror ensures that the operator has a complete view of the vehicle even during difficult manoeuvres. One of the two mirrors shows the rear, the other one the front wheel, to reduce the risk of collision damage.

As platform trucks, the W20 – W30 are designed for minimum service and downtime. The multi-disc brake and control hydraulics are dust-tight and therefore do not need to be cleaned or serviced. All service components are easily accessible. For smooth and fast battery replacement, access to the battery compartment is possible from either the top or the side. But also with the lateral change variant, the top cover of the battery compartment can be opened for maintenance work. The bolted front windshield can be replaced in a few easy steps.
